WHO IS SAMSARA?

No one. Samsara is a name we chose. It is a Sanskrit word, which means the circle of life. When deciding a name we thought it was perfect, deriving from deep cultural heritage. The name had the right sound and mix of a culture.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS ORDERS?

For bridals we generally ask our clients to give us atleast 3-4 months time. For formals and luxury pret we ask our clients to give us 4-6 weeks. For pret 2 weeks.

DO YOU GUYS DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We deliver worldwide. Shipping to Europe and North America generally tends to cost between 13,000 pkr – 17,000 pkr. We only ship through FedEx and DHL And prices do not include shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?

For bespoke orders, we require a 50% advance and 50% upon dispatch.

WHAT IS YOUR PROCEDURE FOR ORDERING BESPOKE SUITS?

The procedure is fairly simple. Get in contact with us. If you’re in Lahore, drop by the studio! Have a cup of coffee with one of our representatives and would be happy to assist you.

BUT WHAT IF I DON’T LIVE IN LAHORE?

If you’re abroad, we suggest you send us a detailed email or WhatsApp msg telling us your requirements, and we’d be happy to assist you. We can arrange for a video conference with one of our reps from our studio and discuss all design elements and build the perfect suit for your occasion. For bridals and heavy formals, once you feel design requirements are met and you’re satisfied with all the details, you can confirm your order and we will send you a sample swatch to confirm fabric colors and work settings. We have to make sure we get all the details right for our international clients. All order are discussed in details with our clients over a video conference and all sizes are verified before shipping to reduce any margin of error.

BUT WHAT IF THERE ARE STILL ALTERATIONS WHEN I GET MY DRESS?

We always leave a margin of 2 inches for adjustments. We guarantee our clients that the work on the garments will be perfect, but minor tailoring adjustments might still come out. We always tell our international clients to keep a tailor on standby incase there are any minor alterations. If there are any major alterations, we take the responsibility of getting it shipped back and fixing it and sending it back free of cost.

OKAY, AND WHAT ABOUT MEASUREMENTS?

We always tell our clients if it is possible, get your measurements taken by a local professional to ensure the most accurate sizes. If you are unable to do that, we can do a video conference with you and guide you through it.
