How to order

WhatsApp Consultation

We always begin with a WhatsApp consultation with our clients. Here we will discuss all the design elements, timelines, budgets etc. We try our best to address all your questions and concerns and understand each other better. These consultations can be either via video call from our Samsara studio, or a regular call or text.

Order Confirmation & Payment

For the order to be confirmed, we would require a deposit against your order invoice. We usually ask our clients for a 50% advance, but we do work on splitting the payments in 25% instalments throughout the order process. Our payment methods are either a bank to bank transfer to our
HBL/Silk Bank Account in Pakistan, or our Royal Bank Of Canada account in Canada. Clients can also transfer via Western Union/Xoom or any other such services.


This is one of the most important steps, We always suggest to our clients to visit a local professional (tailor) to ensure the most accurate measurements. The tailor doesn’t need to be a Pakistani or South Asian origin, he/she just needs to be a professional who knows how to take proper body measurements. If this is difficult to manage for whatever reason, one of our design consultants would be more than happy to assist you with the sizing over a WhatsApp video appointment.


We really appreciate our clients trusting us from all over the world, so we try to make sure they know exactly what they are getting. Once you have confirmed your order, based on the design details we have discussed we will develop a swatch of work, and colors. We will mail this to you wherever in the world you are ordering from so you can pick exactly the color you want, and see if you like the sort of materials and settings we have on the design.


Once the colors, work, and design are approved, we begin making your bridals. At this stage, we try to keep our clients in the loop and show them the progress of their work. We want our clients to be a part of their bridals journey and see how it comes along. This gives our clients reassurance that their work is taking place according to what they have specified.


This step is very cool. Here we encourage our clients to keep us busy and keep reaching out to us and getting updates on their bridals. As much as we try to keep our clients in the loop, it can at times get overwhelming. We need our clients to understand that one design consultant is dealing with multiple clients at a time. Though they try their best, we always highly encourage our clients to reach out to us whenever they feel like they need an update. The more we communicate, the better results we can get!

Final Checks & Payment

Once the order is ready, we do a final quality check of the work and the stitching. We then send pictures and videos to our clients for their final inspection. If clients want, we are always happy to hold WhatsApp video calls to show them their dress in more detail and reconfirm sizes with them. Once clients are completely satisfied with the work, we ask they make their balance payment, and we can either ship the bridal on their behalf or they can get it picked up from our studio.

Pre Stitching

This step is VERY important. Clients always place their bridal orders in advance, and start working on becoming the best versions of themselves. Often times, clients change their size from the time they place the order, to the time of their delivery. We always ask our clients to let us know if there have been in changes in their size, and to please have a look at all the work one last time. If there are any changes, now is the time to let us know.


We never ask our clients to write us the feedbacks. We just give them our best. While bringing clients visions to life, we do tend to build an everlasting relationship. At Samsara, we believe that a wedding is an occasion of a lifetime. It is truly a compliment aswell as a great responsibility when our clients trusts us with the dress for their biggest day. For us, their satisfaction is the most important. Because we give our clients the priority and attention they need, we develop a bond and a relationship of a lifetime.
